Returns Policy


Really? You want to return those beauties? Sorry you’re not happy with them but if you must then here you go.

Our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your gorgeous slippers securely, with your original paperwork and take them to your nearest Post Office. Get a proof of postage & they will send the slippers back to us.

We do offer a generous 28 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long is the item is returned in its original, unworn condition, so don’t go wearing them to put out the bins. 

As soon as the shoes come back, we will either issue a refund for the goods (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND: If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label.


If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied to outline exactly what you would like. Be specific and tell us as much as possible, as we cannot believe you want an exchange. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your exchange, we will refund your slippers within 7 days. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.

Here comes the legal bit you always hear at the end of a radio advert for cars or windows: None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder. Did I say that fast enough?


You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes back to us - we suggest you use a signed for service. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge and cannot send replacement items out free of another delivery charge. So, choose those slippers wisely and carefully.

Should you return your slipper purchase and do not send back your free Slipper socks we will refund you your slipper cost less £12.99. Should you send back the slipper socks as well we will refund you the full amount (natch) and wave goodbye with a little hankie and tear in the eye.
