A: No, our sizes run from a UK size 3 (EU 36) to UK size 8 (EU 41) with no half sizes. So, put on pair of cosy, thicker socks in to get those piggies really warm and safe. Our size conversions are as follows: 36/3, 37/4, 38/5, 39/6, 40/7, 41/8.

A: Well, only if you must, you can return your items by post to the address below and receive a refund within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Please note that slippers purchased online from this site can only be returned to us and will not be accepted at any retail outlet.

Q: I have a problem but did not buy my slippers from our website, can we help?
We regret that we can only help customers who have purchased their slippers directly from this website and have a valid proof of purchase. If you have an issue with your slippers, but purchased them from an independent retailer, your contract is with the retailer. Please contact them directly and they will deal with your issue.

We deliver your order right away on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received in 4-7 working days.
